Some want the thrill: paddling their own kayak into a sea cave, jumping into crystal-clear water, racing each other to the next bay. Others want the panoramic view from the boat, a snorkel stop in a quiet bay and dolphins at sunset. Most groups want both, and that’s easy.
Our boat trips are the relaxed adventure: islands, swimming stops, snorkeling and a good chance of spotting dolphins. Our kayak tours are the active one: caves, hidden coves, swim breaks and optional cliff jumping, always supervised. Our bike tours take you through the old town and along the coast of Pula. Choose the activity that fits your group best, or combine them into one full day.
Safety comes first with every group. Experienced local guides, equipment included and a briefing before every start, adapted to the age and energy of your group.
Almost everything can be combined or adjusted to fit your schedule. Winds and sea conditions sometimes change the plan, but never the goal: as much adventure as your day allows.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@pulagroups.com and are effective from the moment we confirm receipt.
- 30 days or more before the service – no charge; the deposit is refunded in full or transferred to another date
- 15 to 29 days before – the deposit is retained
- 8 to 14 days before – 50% of the total price is charged
- 4 to 7 days before – 75% of the total price is charged
- 3 days or less before, or no-show – 100% of the total price is charged
CHANGES IN GROUP SIZE
The final number of participants must be confirmed in writing no later than 7 days before the service. A reduction of up to 10% is accepted without charge. Any further reduction is charged at the price per person for the confirmed number. Increases are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION BY US
If we cancel because of weather, sea conditions or safety, you choose between an alternative date and a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of circumstances beyond anyone's control – natural disasters, port closures, strikes, acts of authorities or epidemics – you are entitled to an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid.

1.How do we book?Send us your date, the number of people, the age of the group and the activity you are interested in using our booking form, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply with a written offer within 24 hours on working days.2.How much does it cost?Group prices are made on request. The price depends on the number of participants, the activity and its duration, the date, the number of departures and extras such as meals or bus transfers. Boat trips are private, so the boat has a base price and the price per person drops as the group gets bigger. Our base prices are published in our Price list.3.How do we pay?By bank transfer or in cash. Schools, associations and other direct clients pay a 20% deposit within 8 days of our booking confirmation, and the balance no later than 7 days before the service. Travel agencies and tour operators are invoiced after the service, payable within 15 days.4.When do we confirm the final number of participants?No later than 7 days before the service. Up to 10% fewer participants than confirmed is free of charge.5.What is your cancellation policy?30 days or more before the service: no charge. 15 to 29 days: the deposit is retained. 8 to 14 days: 50% of the total price. 4 to 7 days: 75%. 3 days or less, or no-show: 100%. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.6.What happens if the weather is bad?Your safety comes first. If we cancel because of weather or sea conditions, you choose between a new date and a full refund, including the deposit. When conditions require it, we may also change the route or the departure time.7.How big can our group be?We work with large groups. Kayak and bike tours take up to 70 people per tour, and boat trips up to 130 people per departure. With several departures or a combo day, we move 200+ people through the same programme in one day.8.Do participants need to be able to swim?On the kayak tour, participants should feel relaxed in the water and be able to float in a life jacket. Strong swimming is not required. Snorkeling is only for participants who can swim.9.What equipment is provided?Kayak tour: double kayak, paddle, life jacket, dry bag, mask and snorkel. Bike tour: mountain bike and helmet. Boat trips: masks and snorkels on board.10.Who supervises the students?Our guides lead every activity, with one guide for every 10 paddlers on the kayak tour. Teachers and group leaders stay with their students throughout and remain responsible for supervising participants under 18. 1111.Can we combine activities?Yes. On a combo day the group splits: one half kayaks while the other rides, then they swap. Everyone is active from start to finish.12.Where do we meet?Kayak tours start at Valovine Beach, Stoja. Boat trips depart from Pula harbour. Bike tours start and finish at the Pula Arena. The exact meeting point and time are in your booking confirmation.13.What should we bring?It depends on the season and weather conditions. Closed shoes are a must for the bike tour.14.Can you arrange meals and bus transfers?Yes, both are optional. Lunch or dinner can be served on board, and we arrange bus transfers on request.15.Are alcoholic drinks served?Only to adults, and only when included in your programme.16.Will we see dolphins?Our average sighting rate on the sunset dolphin cruise is over 80%, but because they are wild animals we cannot guarantee a sighting.17.Which languages do your guides speak?All tours are guided in English. German and Italian are available on request. 18.When is your season?From early April to late September.19.Is there a toilet on board?Yes, both boats have toilets on board.
